Hi, I'm Hilmi.
If you land here not from adsvise.me, welcome!
adsvise.me is my personal SAAS project and testing ground (which I held off incorporating it after deciding to pivot my career path >﹏<). Today, I use this site to test web architecture, share edge computing experiment and build practical tools.
Quick summary
I study accountancy at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia after deciding studying IT at UITM is not viable long term. Prior to this, I spent 4~ years at Atema Holdings starting as a marketing intern managing the digital footprint for Hola Mascot, maintaining brand websites, and assisting Account Manager Elle Ning with CRM and client workflows. At the same time, I write scripts, deploy code to Cloudflare's edge, and build systems to automate repetitive work.
Most people with an accounting background stay away from code, and most developers have never touched a legal statute or read Section Acts. I work comfortably in both areas.

Works
Here are three working projects that demonstrate how I research, build, and solve problems.
1. adsvise.me
The idea for adsvise.me stems from Deloitte's landmark study, "Milliseconds Make Millions." The research showed that improving mobile site speed by just 0.1 seconds can lift retail conversions by over 8 percent.
When a company runs paid campaigns on Meta or Google Ads, slow loading is direct revenue burn. Businesses spend substantial budgets buying clicks, only for visitors to bounce before the offer, tracking pixels, or checkout even render. The main thread gets clogged by bloated third-party marketing tags, defeating the entire purpose of running ads.
I built adsvise.me to turn abstract performance scores into concrete financial figures. Instead of just displaying a score out of 100, the tool calculates the actual revenue a business is losing from mobile visitor bounce. It then compares that loss against the cost to fix it through the adsvise Offloader, turning website performance from a vague technical problem into a clear ROI decision.
ROI calculator is based on Google PageSpeed Insight Tool
2. Taxless.my
Tax research in Malaysia often requires combing through hundreds of pages across the Income Tax Act 1967, gazetted statutory orders, and LHDN public rulings.
Therefore, I built Taxless as an assistant to query Malaysian tax rules. Instead of letting an AI guess tax treatments, it grounds responses in specific LHDN rulings and statutory provisions with exact citations.
3. Ultra Insync
Most teams struggle with fragmented documentation: duplicate files scattered across drives, outdated PDFs, and conflicting SOPs where nobody knows which version is current.
I designed Ultra Insync around one goal: a single shared truth. Instead of disconnected files, the knowledge base lives in an Obsidian vault version-controlled through Git. Colleagues can pull the latest documentation or push updates directly from their machines, eliminating duplicate files and ensuring everyone stays completely in sync.
