Adsvise Co. (“Adsvise”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) takes your privacy and data security with utmost seriousness. This Privacy Policy details our technical, organizational, and operational commitments regarding the collection, processing, protection, and disclosure of information when you access or use https://adsvise.me, test website URLs via our speed auditing engines, register an account via Google OAuth 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO), or subscribe to our analytics software services.
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements), and international data protection standards. By utilizing Adsvise, you acknowledge the data handling practices described in this policy.
We collect data under four operational classifications:
- Information Provided Directly by You:
- Contact Information: Full name, business email address, company or publisher name, and telephone numbers submitted through contact forms or enterprise consultations.
- Billing Data: When purchasing a subscription, your billing name, billing address, and payment method details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway, Stripe, Inc. Adsvise never receives or stores complete credit card numbers or security CVVs on our servers.
- Support Communications: Inquiries, bug reports, and diagnostic feedback transmitted to hello@adsvise.com.
- Information Received from Third-Party Sign-In (Google OAuth 2.0):
- Google Account Identity Data: If you choose to authenticate using Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account email address, full name, profile photo/avatar URL, and unique Google account identifier (
sub) to authenticate your session and personalize your user dashboard.
- No Password Access: We do not request, receive, or store your Google account password.
- Information Collected Automatically via Telemetry:
- Technical Identifiers: IP addresses (anonymized for aggregated analytics), browser engine types, operating system specifications, screen resolutions, and language preferences.
- Usage Signals: HTTP referrers, entry/exit timestamps, feature interactions, and routing latency across our edge delivery networks.
- Public Website Diagnostics: URLs entered into our speed audit tool, and publicly accessible web assets fetched by our testing nodes.
Adsvise integrates optional Google OAuth 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) and authorized Google APIs (including Google PageSpeed Insights API) to provide secure user authentication, multi-domain audit history storage, and Core Web Vitals diagnostic capabilities. We are fully committed to protecting Google user data in strict adherence with Google’s developer terms and security guidelines.
1. Google User Data Accessed & Requested
When you choose to authenticate or connect your Google Account with Adsvise, we request access only to minimum required standard OAuth scopes (openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile):
- Google Account Email Address: Used to uniquely identify and authenticate your account, transmit audit notifications, and send customer service communications.
- Google Profile Name & Avatar URL: Used to personalize your workspace profile interface and display active session identity.
- Google Subject Identifier (Google User ID): A persistent, encrypted alphanumeric string assigned by Google to associate your authenticated account with your saved audit histories.
- Google API Telemetry (PageSpeed Insights API): Public performance metrics, Core Web Vitals lab data, and asset audit trees returned by Google APIs for the URLs you choose to test.
Adsvise does not request, receive, view, or store your Google account password.
2. Purpose of Google User Data Processing
We process Google user data strictly and exclusively for user-facing platform features, specifically:
- Authenticating your identity and provisioning access to your Adsvise dashboard;
- Saving and displaying your historical website performance tests and Core Web Vitals progression across your domains;
- Configuring automated speed regression monitoring across your verified websites;
- Dispatching critical operational emails (e.g. security alerts, billing invoices, or scheduled speed summaries).
3. Explicit Prohibitions & Protections
Adsvise maintains uncompromising technical and operational safeguards governing information obtained from Google OAuth and Google APIs:
- No Targeted or Interest-Based Advertising: We NEVER use Google user data to serve personalized, targeted, retargeted, or interest-based advertisements, nor do we share Google user data with any advertising platforms or ad exchanges.
- No Data Brokering or Sale: We NEVER sell, license, lease, rent, or transfer Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or marketing syndicates for any reason.
- No Creditworthiness Assessment: We NEVER use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for credit/lending purposes.
- No Generalized AI/ML Model Training: We NEVER use Google user data (including Google API data or email addresses) to build, train, fine-tune, or improve generalized or non-personalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
- Strict Human Access Restriction: No Adsvise employees or contractors read or inspect your Google user data unless: (a) you have provided explicit affirmative consent for a specific technical support issue; (b) required by applicable law or security forensics; or (c) data is aggregated and anonymized for platform health metrics.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance Statement:
Adsvise's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Storage, Retention, & Revocation
Google OAuth access tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 cryptography and securely held in our edge key-vault infrastructure. All communications with Google endpoints occur exclusively over TLS 1.3 transport encryption.
Google user data is retained only while your Adsvise account remains active. You maintain total sovereignty over your Google account authorization:
- Instant Permission Revocation: You can revoke Adsvise's access to your Google Account at any time directly through your Google Account Permissions Settings. Upon revocation, our servers immediately lose token authorization.
- Account & Data Deletion Requests: You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your Adsvise account and all associated Google user data by emailing privacy@adsvise.com. We verify and fulfill deletion requests within thirty (30) calendar days.
When you enter a website URL into our diagnostic speed audit form:
- Our testing nodes fetch publicly accessible HTML documents, stylesheets, JavaScript assets, fonts, and images loaded on that public URL.
- We evaluate performance metrics including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), First Contentful Paint (FCP), total DOM complexity, and third-party advertising script execution time.
- We do not harvest or probe private authenticated pages: Our test crawlers operate solely on public endpoints that any internet user could retrieve without credentials. We do not access databases, internal intranets, or private user credentials on target hosts.
Benchmark Sharing: Audit results are compiled into standardized benchmark scores. Aggregated speed data (such as median page weight or average tag latency) may be used in industry whitepapers or research in an anonymized, aggregated manner.
Adsvise utilizes minimal, privacy-centric cookies to maintain core platform stability and remember your testing configurations:

- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose records if required by subpoena, search warrant, or applicable law, or where necessary to prevent fraud or protect the safety of our systems.
Technical Safeguards: Adsvise implements industry-standard technical, operational, and organizational security measures:
- All website traffic and API payloads are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
- Data stored on our persistent infrastructure is encrypted at rest using AES-256 cryptographic standards.
- Access to administrative databases is restricted using role-based access controls (RBAC) and mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Retention Periods: Unregistered public speed audit reports are retained in cached storage for thirty (30) days, after which raw asset timelines are purged. Active account and subscription records are maintained for the life of the account plus statutory accounting requirements (typically 7 years for financial ledgers).
